DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of your purchase date via Canada Post Expedited Parcel for Canada orders, and USPS for USA orders. Estimated transit time is 5 to 8 business days for first-class mail, and 2 to 3 business days for express shipping. Only express shipping includes $100 insurance.

SHIPPING WITHIN USA

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of your purchase date via Canada Post. Your estimated transit time is approximately 3 to 5 business days for expedited shipping, and 8 to 10 business days with first class shipping, but may vary, and is out of our control once given to the courier.  Insurance and tracking is only available for expedited shipping.

All USA orders may be subject to taxes, duties, and custom fees. Import duties, taxes, and custom fees are not included in our price or shipping cost. We do not collect or calculate these fees. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are aware of their country's import laws and fees when purchasing from outside the USA.

Any parcels returned to us due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses, or if you refused or failed to pick up your parcel, will be refunded minus the original shipping cost paid and any other fees incurred with the parcel being delivered back to us.  We will refund the remaining balance to your original payment method within 5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA
